What does a celebrant actually do?
Celebrants are essential to your marriage. We explain all the legal bits, fill out all necessary paperwork, brainstorm ceremony ideas, connect you with like-minded vendors, write a meaningful celebrant script, coach you through writing your vows, direct the wedding rehearsal, run the ceremony, and officially marry you!
How much notice needs to be given before we get married?
Your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) needs to be submitted at least one month before your wedding, but I’ll get it done much sooner than that.

How do we know if you’re the right celebrant for us?
I’m big on connection, so if location permits, I’d love to take you both out for an obligation-free drink. Otherwise, we can chat over the phone or on Zoom. Let’s get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.
How many meetings will we have?
It varies, but usually, I like to catch up three times before the big day.
How much do you charge?
A tailored ceremony means a tailored quote, so get in touch and we can chat.
What type of ceremonies do you perform?
Your type of ceremony. Whatever makes your heart sing! I get to know you so that we can create a truly fun and memorable day together.
Do you do any other types of ceremonies?
Yes! I believe life should be celebrated in all of its forms. If you’re after a commitment ceremony, life celebration, vow renewal, naming ceremony, pert ceremony, I’m keen.
Can you marry us without a ceremony?
Yep. I offer these services at a flat rate of $450. We meet up twice. Once to complete the paperwork and a second time to complete the legalities. You just need to remember to bring your witnesses!
We want to elope. Can we get married anywhere?
Yep. I can run a ceremony anywhere. Just be mindful I can only legally marry you in Australia. If you want to go overseas, we will do the paperwork here before we go.
Are you inclusive?
Absolutely! I love all the love. It’s a joy for me to celebrate every kind of relationship.
Will you help us with the paperwork?
No admin for you. I’ve got this! I’m here to take the stress out of your ceremony. I prepare and submit all required legal documentation on your behalf.
Do you bring your own sound equipment?
Without a doubt! I’ll bring my trusty PA and when it comes time for you to share your vows, the microphone is all yours!
What about the music?
You can play music through my PA. No live music at your ceremony? No worries!
